Terms and Conditions

1. The Weekly Cashback offer is available to eligible Tucheze.com customers.
2. Cashback is calculated at 15% of eligible net losses accumulated during the applicable weekly period.
3. Customers must have net losses of at least KES 150 during the qualifying period to be eligible.
4. The maximum cashback a customer can receive is KES 5,000 per week.
5. Cashback is calculated and credited to the customer's cash wallet every Monday.
6. Cashback must be staked once before eligible winnings can be withdrawn.
7. Once the required stake has been placed, eligible winnings can be withdrawn through the normal withdrawal process.
8. All cashback awards are subject to verification and Tucheze.com's general terms and conditions.
9. Tucheze.com reserves the right to investigate suspected fraud or abuse of the promotion and take appropriate action in line with its terms and conditions.
